What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, mobile), course enrolments, learning progress (topics, resources, tests), support messages, and payment references you submit for verification.
Learning analytics
With your consent we may record study-session signals such as active reading/watching time, page turns, seeks, quiz timing, and similar engagement events. These power Learning Analytics and study suggestions. You can decline or revoke consent in Settings.
How we use it
We use this data to run ExamOS: authenticate you, deliver enrolled course content, save progress, improve study recommendations, process support, and verify subscription payments. We do not sell personal data.
Storage & security
Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Protected learning files are served after login checks. Sensitive values are not placed in URLs. Access to admin and faculty analytics tools is role-gated.
Your choices
In Settings you may update your profile, manage tracking consent, export learning-analytics JSON, or erase analytics data (type DELETE). Course progress, test scores, and personal notes are kept separately unless an administrator deactivates your account. Contact Edunivra Private Limited for other data requests.
Retention
Analytics events may be purged after a configured retention period (administrators set data retention days). Export or erase does not remove enrolments, scores, or notes.
