Cooling-off
New paid subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of verification if premium downloads and graded submissions have not been substantially used.
Non-refundable
Test attempts once started, evaluated answer scripts, and one-time digital packs marked non-refundable at purchase are not refunded after access begins.
How to request
Open an in-app support ticket or use the public contact form with your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
Chargebacks
Contact support before initiating a bank chargeback so we can resolve the claim faster.
